UK Junction's accessibility approach, supported journeys and route for reporting barriers.
UK Junction aims to make marketplace discovery, account access, listing management, messaging and reporting usable by as many people as possible. We design for keyboard use, clear focus, meaningful headings, labelled controls, readable contrast and responsive reflow, and aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA standard.
Shared components provide consistent navigation and focus treatment. Images can carry alternative text, forms use visible labels, status messages are announced where practical, and motion respects reduced-motion preferences. We test key pages at desktop and mobile widths.
Content supplied by users and authorised feed providers can vary in description quality and image accessibility. Third-party payment, authentication or external listing destinations may have their own accessibility characteristics. We moderate harmful content and continue improving platform-level controls, but cannot guarantee every external item.
Use the Contact page. Include the page URL, what you were trying to do, the device, browser and assistive technology used, and the format you need. We will acknowledge the report and prioritise barriers affecting essential account, safety or transaction journeys.
If a barrier prevents you from obtaining information or submitting a report, contact us for a reasonable alternative. We will protect account security while arranging assistance and will never ask for your password.
