Complaints procedure
If you’re unhappy with our service, contact us using the details above so we can try to put things right. We aim to respond within 1 to 2 business days, in line with our general response time. If we are unable to resolve a complaint about a payment made directly to UK Junction to your satisfaction, and it is eligible, you may be entitled to use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service. This does not affect your statutory rights.
