Common questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no contract, cancel from your dashboard and you'll keep access until the billing period ends.
What counts as a “featured placement”?
Featured listings appear at the top of category and search pages, and get a highlighted badge for extra visibility.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, change plans from your billing page. You'll pay the new plan's full price for the period you choose, with no automatic credit or refund for unused time on your current plan.
Do you offer refunds?
You have a 14-day statutory cancellation right under UK consumer law. If you have not used any paid features, you'll receive a full refund; if you have, we refund only the unused portion on a pro-rata basis. See our Refund Policy for full details.
