Cookie preferences
Choose which optional features may use your browser, and switch analytics off if you prefer.
Your choices on this browser
Strictly necessary
Keeps you signed in and secure, remembers the choices on this page, and protects our contact form from spam. These are always on because the site cannot work safely without them.
Analytics
Counts visits anonymously so we can see which pages are used and improve the site. It uses Vercel Web Analytics, sets no cookies, and the daily visitor code it relies on is discarded after 24 hours. It is on unless you switch it off.
Preferences
Remembers the listings you have recently viewed and your recent searches, saved only in this browser. Switching it off deletes them.
Maps
Shows a Google map of the approximate area on listing pages. Loading a map sends your IP address and browser details to Google.
You can come back to this page at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer. For full details of what we store and why, see our Cookie Policy.
