Premium costs £3.99 and highlights one listing for 7 days. Featured costs £5.99 and makes one eligible listing appear in identified featured areas for 7 days. Neither purchase guarantees views, enquiries or a sale.
No. Plus receives 5 and Pro receives 10 at the start of each subscription billing period; Free does not include bump credits. A bump refreshes an eligible active listing's ranking timestamp; unused credits expire when the next period begins.
UK Junction may charge for optional listing promotion, seller plans and advertising. Browsing and ordinary marketplace transactions are separate unless a checkout says otherwise.
Signed-in users can open Billing in the dashboard to view the status of UK Junction purchases associated with their account.
Use the billing-management controls available from the dashboard before the next renewal. Cancellation normally stops future renewal rather than reversing service already delivered.
No. Purchases from marketplace sellers or external providers are not payments to UK Junction. Contact the seller and payment provider and report rule breaches.
Contact us immediately with the receipt reference, date and amount, and also notify your payment provider. Never send full card details.
No. Public listings and search can be browsed without an account. An account is required for posting, saving, messaging and dashboard features.
Open Create account, provide the requested details and complete any email verification shown. Use an address you control and a unique password.
The reset screen uses the same neutral response for registered and unregistered addresses so that it does not reveal who has an account.
Reset links are time-limited for security. Request a new link if it has expired and use only the most recently issued one.
Contact us promptly, secure the registered email account, change reused passwords and review listings, messages and billing history. See our Account Recovery Help guide for step-by-step help.
No. We disclose account information only to the account holder where appropriate or in response to a valid legal requirement.
Eligible lawful goods and services may be listed when permitted by the Posting Rules.
A listing may be rejected for prohibited content, insufficient or misleading information, duplication, unsafe links, rights concerns or incorrect categorisation. Review the decision notice.
No. Duplicate posts can distort search and may be removed. Update the existing listing unless a genuinely separate offer is involved.
Choose the vertical and category that describe the main offer. Relevant categorisation helps filters work and reduces moderation delays.
Yes, manage your listing from the dashboard. Material edits may be checked again before or after publication.
Expiry removes stale offers from search. Renew or update an eligible listing only if it remains accurate and available.
It is content imported from an authorised provider. The listing shows source attribution and links to the original destination for current availability and terms.
Eligible promotion can increase visibility in identified placements. Organic relevance and safety controls still apply, and payment does not exempt content from moderation.
Filters narrow results using the vertical, category, location, price and other available fields. Clear a filter if it excludes relevant results.
When signed in, save eligible search criteria from the results page. Manage them in the dashboard and receive notifications when the configured service detects relevant activity.
Check spelling, broaden location or price, remove a narrow category and try again. Some verticals have fewer listings in a specific area.
Yes. Signed-in users can save eligible public listings and manage them from Saved listings in the dashboard.
Usually no. UK Junction provides marketplace discovery and communication tools; the listing identifies the seller or external provider responsible for the offer.
No. Verification is a useful signal but not a guarantee. Inspect the offer, check documents and choose an appropriate protected payment method.
Avoid advance payment where practical, especially for high-value or unusually priced items. If delivery is necessary, understand the payment protection and verify the seller independently.
Pause and verify through a trusted channel. Unexpected account changes are a common fraud signal; never rely only on the message announcing the change.
Inspect it, compare identifying details, use official history and registration checks, and consider an independent mechanical assessment.
Confirm the advertiser's authority, use qualified legal and survey professionals, and never transfer a deposit solely because of urgency in a message.
Use clear, current images you have the right to publish. Show the actual item and material faults without exposing private documents or unrelated people.
Check your own bank or payment-provider account. A screenshot, email or link supplied by a buyer is not proof of cleared funds.
A supposed buyer sends or claims to send too much and asks you to return the difference or pay a courier. Do not send money; verify funds independently and report the approach.
Never. Authentication and bank codes are for you alone. UK Junction support will not request them in a marketplace message.
As soon as the item is sold, role filled, property unavailable or service offer withdrawn. Current availability protects users and search quality.
Conversation participants can see the thread. Authorised UK Junction staff may access relevant records for support, safety, security, moderation or legal duties under controlled access.
You can choose how to communicate, but keeping material terms in UK Junction messages preserves a clearer record and supports safer reporting.
Identify the conversation through Report a Problem or the available in-product control. Preserve the original thread and explain which messages are concerning.
Not without a lawful, relevant basis. Unsolicited bulk promotion, scraping contacts and repeated unwanted messages breach our rules.
Report suspected scams, prohibited or misleading listings, impersonation, harassment, unsafe links, account compromise and privacy or rights concerns.
No. Call 999 if someone is in immediate danger. Use the relevant UK authority for crime or fraud, then provide UK Junction with content references.
UK Junction triages risk, preserves relevant records and reviews available evidence. Action depends on context, severity, history and applicable rules.
No. A report triggers assessment; disagreement is not itself proof of a breach. Urgent restrictions may be used while credible high-risk issues are reviewed.
Yes. Automated signals can identify risk, prioritise review or apply appropriate controls. Suitable contested decisions can receive human review.
Some notices include an appeal route. Use it within the stated period, identify the decision and explain the specific error with relevant evidence.
Only information deliberately published in a listing is public. Authentication secrets, saved items and dashboard settings are not public.
Payment processing is handled by the configured payment provider. UK Junction records necessary billing identifiers and status, not full payment-card numbers.
Use the Contact page. We verify identity and respond under applicable data-protection law, subject to lawful limits protecting others and platform security.
Open Cookie Preferences on the same browser, choose optional categories and save. Essential storage remains on because secure core features depend on it.
Saved searches are account features, not public profile content. They may be processed to provide matching notifications and maintain the service.
Notifications can relate to listings, saved searches, enquiries, moderation, billing, security or account actions.
Open Notifications in the signed-in dashboard to review available items and controls. Some security or service messages may be necessary.
Only if you have permission or another lawful basis. Owning an item does not automatically give you copyright in someone else's photograph.
Use Report Copyright and provide ownership or authority, exact URLs, identification of the protected work and a good-faith explanation.
