Office Assistant – Role Summary
The Cornish Way is looking for an organised and friendly Office Assistant to support both our Guest Services and Property Services departments.
You will report directly to the guest services and property services managers.
Key duties will include:
Uploading property descriptions and information to our website and Airbnb
Creating and updating guest welcome guides
Responding to guest enquiries and assisting with bookings
Uploading mandatory compliance documents for new properties
Scheduling routine property checks and servicing
Liaising with tradespeople and arranging general maintenance callouts
The role requires excellent organisation, attention to detail, good communication skills and confidence using online systems.

Apprenticeship standard: Business administrator (level 3)
Training provider: TRURO AND PENWITH COLLEGE

Working Days: 4
Working Times:9.30 – 5.30
One Saturday per month. Located in a shop front in Penzance
30 hours a week
Duration: 1 Year 9 Months
Possible start date: 9 November 2026
