Support managers in a busy Data Centre environment through training coordination, raising POs and managing office supplies. Iron Mountain Data Centers is growing rapidly in the UK and offers excellent training, development and career opportunities in a fast-paced and exciting industry.

• The day to day support of the managers within the Data Centers
• Book training
• Raising PO's
• Managing office consumables
• Purchasing PPE
• Liaising with site team confirming status of ordering

Apprenticeship standard: Business administrator (level 3)

Working hours

Monday to Friday, shifts to be confirmed.

37.5 hours a week

Duration: 1 Year 6 Months

Possible start date: 6 November 2026
