Looking for a practical, hands-on career? Join Caice as an Engineering Production Apprentice and learn how products are manufactured for some of the UK's most prestigious commercial buildings. Working alongside operators, supervisors and engineers, you'll develop valuable skills, gain industry experience and build your future career.
Training
The apprenticeship training is delivered through a combination of workplace learning and regular college attendance. This training will teach you the knowledge, skills and behaviours set out in the Lean Manufacturing Operative Level 2 pathway. On completion the apprentice will receive the Level 2 Lean Manufacturing Operative Qualification. Functional Skills in maths and English may also be required depending on current level.

After your apprenticeship
No previous manufacturing experience is required. We are looking for motivated individuals with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic. Our intention is that our apprentices will have the opportunity to develop into our future leaders within our Production Centre, potentially becoming Cell Leaders or Supervisors over time.
We actively encourage internal promotion and invest heavily in employee development.
Working hours
Monday to Thursday: 8am- 5pm. Friday: 6am- 12pm.
40 hours a week
Duration: 1 Year 1 Month
Possible start date: 19 October 2026

£21,000 a year
