As a Groundworks Apprentice, you will support site teams with a range of groundwork activities, including:
Training
You will work towards a:
Level 2 Groundworker Apprenticeship Standard
Training will be delivered through a combination of on-site learning and attendance one week a month at Kilnbridge's chosen apprenticeship provider.

Training provider: THE SKILLS CENTRE LONDON LIMITED
After your apprenticeship
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship the apprentice will undergo further development opportunities, including plant operations, specialist groundwork activities and supervisory qualifications.
Working hours
Monday to Friday 07:30am to 5:30pm with two half hour breaks. There may be some Saturday shifts available from 07:30am to 1:00pm.
40 hours a week
Duration: 1 Year 6 Months
Possible start date: 7 December 2026
Wage
£16,640 to £26,436.80 a year
