Before you report
This process is for genuine intellectual property complaints, for example, someone using your copyrighted photos, your registered trade mark, or your original written content without permission. If your complaint is about something else (a scam, prohibited item, or abusive behaviour), please use How to report a listing or user instead.
What we need from you
- A description of the copyrighted work, trade mark, or other right you believe has been infringed
- The specific listing or profile URL on UK Junction you're reporting
- Evidence of your ownership or authorisation to act on the rights holder's behalf
- Your contact details, so we can follow up if needed
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised
What happens next
1
We review your complaint
We aim to respond within 1 to 2 business days.
2
Where well-founded, we act
We remove or restrict the reported content.
3
We notify the account holder
They're told a complaint was received, consistent with how our moderation system already notifies users of decisions affecting their listings.
4
Repeat infringement
Repeated, substantiated infringement by the same user may result in account suspension.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you can submit a counter-notice explaining why, using help@ukjunction.com. We'll review both sides before making a final decision.
ℹ️ A note on misuse
- Misuse of this process to remove content that doesn't actually infringe your rights is itself a breach of our Acceptable Use Policy, and may result in action against your account.
