How UK Junction works

UK Junction brings checked UK shops together in one place. You buy from the shops, and we look after the checkout, your orders and your returns.

1. Find what you need

Browse every department or search for a product. Each product shows the shop that sells it, its price, its delivery options and how long you have to return it.

2. One bag, many shops

Add items from as many shops as you like. Each shop sets its own delivery, and you choose the service for each one in your bag. Delivery costs are shown before you pay.

3. Pay once

Pay for the whole bag in one go through our secure checkout, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see or store your full card number. Your order is placed once the payment is confirmed, and you get an email with your order number.

4. Each shop sends its own items

Every shop sends its part of your order itself, so items from different shops arrive separately. You can follow each one in Your orders.

5. Returns and help

You have at least 14 days from delivery to return most items for a change of mind, and you are always covered for faulty, damaged or wrong items. Start a return from Your orders. If a shop does not reply, or you disagree with its decision, ask us to step in. Read more in Returns and Refunds.
