Who sends it
Each shop packs and sends its own items, so an order from several shops arrives in several parcels.
How long it takes
Each delivery option shows how long it usually takes. The shop has a set number of working days to send it, without weekends and bank holidays.
When a shop sends a parcel you get an email, with the tracking number when there is one.
Not arrived?
Open the order in Your orders and choose “Report a problem: not arrived” once a parcel has been sent. The shop and our team are told.
