How selling works

UK Junction is a marketplace for UK businesses selling new goods. You run your own shop: your products, your prices, your delivery and your returns address. We bring the shoppers, take the payment and pay you.

1. Apply

Tell us about your business, the person who runs it and your tax details, and set up your payout account. We check every business before its shop opens: limited companies and LLPs against the Companies House register, and other businesses by hand. There is no joining fee.

2. Set up your shop

Choose your shop name, awning colours and logo, add your delivery services and your returns policy. Your shop page shows shoppers who you are.

3. List your products

Add products one at a time or upload a spreadsheet of many. Each product needs real photos, an honest description and every detail the law requires for its type. There is no listing fee.

4. Send your orders

When an order comes in, you get an email and it appears in your Seller hub. Send it within your dispatch time and add the tracking number. Shoppers can follow it from their order.

5. Get paid

Once an order has been delivered and its return window has closed, the money for it, less our commission and any charges, is paid into your bank through your payout account. You can see every payout, and download a statement, under Fees and payouts. See Fees for what we charge.
