Returns and refunds
Return most items within 14 days of delivery, or 30 days where the shop offers it.
Starting a return
Open the order in Your orders and choose Return items. You can start a return from when it is sent until the return window ends, counted from the day it was delivered.
Each shop offers 14 days or 30 days. Some shops offer free returns.
Changing your mind
A change of mind return is accepted straight away. You pay return postage, unless the shop offers free returns.
Perishable and personalised items cannot be returned because you changed your mind. Sealed items, such as cosmetics or software, can be returned if they are still sealed.
Your refund
The shop must refund you within 14 days of getting the item back, or of your proof of postage. If it does not, we refund you ourselves.
