Cancelling an order
Cancel anything a shop has not sent yet, for a full refund of it.
Before it is sent
Open the order in Your orders and choose Cancel items. You can cancel some or all of what a shop has not sent yet.
We refund you for the cancelled items straight away, and for delivery when you cancel everything from that shop.
If it is late
If a shop has not sent your order by its dispatch day, the order page shows “Cancel, it hasn't been sent”.
Already sent?
Items that have been sent cannot be cancelled. Return them instead once they arrive.
